1. STORAGE

Within 30 days of service completion, you should pick-up your computer and pay for the services rendered, in order to avoid any unfavorable circumstances. If you do not come to pick-up your computer within 30 days of service completion, a storage fee of $1 per day will be charged in addition to the original fee for protecting your computer. According to California State Law, the computer will be considered abandoned if you do not pick it up within 90 days of service completion. It will be the property of 949Tech afterward and will be sold to some other customer to recover damages and non-payment.

2. GUARANTEE

All the services that 949Tech provides include a (15) day limited warranty from the date of original pickup. If 949Tech is unable to resolve your issue, your fee will be refunded. In some cases, your computer needs new hardware to resolve the issue. If you do not order new hardware or don’t let us complete our service that is required to resolve the issue, the refund that you would be issued will contain less bench fee on pickup ($40).

3. LIABILITY

949Tech provides its high-quality services with all of its efforts to fix, upgrade or repair your computer systems depending upon your requirement. We handle your systems with great care and with the goal of fixing them.

In the cases of data loss or accidental damage to your system, further damage or data loss due to existing problems like viruses, misconfigured software or hardware failures, you agree to hold us, 949Tech or any other person involved in providing services non-liable and harmless from any damage resulting from such problems.

It is your responsibility to backup your data.  949Tech will not be responsible for data loss.

4. BACKUP OF DATA

The customer is responsible for the backup of data on their computer.  At request of the customer, 949Tech will back up data for an additional fee.  949Tech will not be held responsible for files that are not backed up and lost.  949Tech is in no way responsible for the contents of the customers files.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

The client agrees to indemnify and hold 949Tech harmless from all the claims, demands, losses, expenses, costs, damages (actual, special and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown and/or fees, including attorney fees and judgment that may be asserted against 949Tech.

6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement comprises of all, the entire agreement of the parties. Concerning the subject matter of this Agreement, there are no hidden promises or conditions in any of the agreement whether oral or oral. This present agreement supersedes any prior agreement between parties whether it was oral or written.

7. GOVERNING

This Agreement is constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
